Nestled behind iron gates and towering hedges, on a flat acre-plus parcel of
land laced with olive trees, the creamy stucco and stone structure was originally
built way back in 1924. In its current iteration, four bedrooms and a matching
number of baths are filtered across nearly 3,400 square feet of two-level living.
